ye my forks had kinda given up hope but ive just taken them half apart - stanchions and lowers to give them a clean - the muck was ridiculous!- still crapy tho

Yeah the 2008 norco atomik is a great bike,, no problems with it here. Exept the seat post is abit small so can't use a telescopic and my shock broke =(, but thats just one of those things.
